Análise de processo hierárquico para gerir as estradas florestais

Abstract

Este trabalho teve como objetivo hierarquizar os defeitos mais importantes encontrados em duas empresas do setor de estradas florestais, localizadas nos estados de Minas Gerais e Bahia, onde foram aplicados questionários a engenheiros e professores que atuam nesta área. Por meio destes questionários, foram coletados dados sobre quantidade e severidade de sete defeitos - seção transversal inadequada, drenagem lateral imprópria, corrugação, excesso de poeira, buracos, trilha de roda e perda de agregados -, que foram analisados pelo método objetivo denominado Índice de Condição de Rodovias Não Pavimentadas (ICRNP). Com o intuito de garantir uma maior precisão para realizar inferência sobre os defeitos, utilizaram-se as Redes Neurais Artificiais (RNA's), listando, assim, por ordem de importância, os problemas mais graves que tornam a malha viária intrafegável. Os resultados mostram que 33% dos trechos analisados necessitam de maior urgência para a realização de manutenção, atingindo a classificação de muito pobre, o que pode causar empecilhos aos usuários desta estrada. Seção transversal inadequada e drenagem lateral imprópria foram os defeitos mais encontrados nas estradas.
