Abstract

O Brasil tem quase 30 milhões de pessoas vivendo em áreas rurais, segundo o IBGE. Isso significa aproximadamente 8,1 milhões de domicílios. Um dos grandes problemas dessas regiões é a falta de saneamento básico. Pensando em contribuir e transformar a realidade de comunidades mais carentes, entram em cena algumas tecnologias inovadoras. Startups, livros dedicados ao tema e cartilhas que ensinam a construir sistemas mais sustentáveis são alguns exemplos.
