Digital image correlation with the planicomp system.

Abstract

カールツァイスは, 自動車の車体のような工業製品の表面を, ほとんど自動的に測定するためのシステムを開発した。CCDカメラを追加的に組込んだ標準のプラニコンプシステムは, ホストコンピュータへ転送するために一対の写真の部分的にデジタイズした小地域を使っている。通常, 工業製品は色彩が一様であるため, 十分に表面構造をとらえることができないので, 部分的に人工的な表面構造を作るためにレーザー投影を用いた。強力なアズゴリズムをもとにしたディジタルな合致処理は, 一対の写真に対応する点を自動的に検出することにより, 表面のディジタルで客観的なモデルが測定できる。このようなシステムは, 特に大量の点を測定するときにオペレータの作業量をかなり補助できることが期待できる。さらにこのシステムは, 工業製品の三次元測定へのべつなアプローチでもあり, 測定機械のよくしられた座標系で求めることができる。
