<div class="htmlview paragraph">QFD is an organizational methodology developed for the systematic step-by-step deployment of customers voice in great detail thru all quality fcuntions, providing technical and administrative routines. QFD promotes the conversion of customer desires (= required quality) into quality related characteristics of products, developing the concept quality by the intense support of matrices. In this paper we will discuss the use of the matrices in the first two project-phases (Concept and Design).</div>
