</script>Percutaneous mitral valve therapies have emerged as an alternative option for high-risk patients with mitral regurgitation. Multiple technologies and diversified approaches are today under clinical study or in development and they can be categorised based on the anatomically and pathophysiologically addressed target. This review focuses on the different transcatheter annuloplasty techniques and explores their future perspectives.
