Preliminary measurements of segregation potential were made on two samples of Caen silt similar to that used in experiments at the pipeline test facility in Caen. The measurements conducted under conditions of varying pressure and thermal gradient show a lower frost susceptability than similar studies of the Calgary silt although the data shows considerably more scatter.
