Obraz kliniczny i diagnostyka przewodnictwa nerwowego są podstawą rozpoznania. Leczenie dobrane adekwatnie do nasilenia dolegliwosci daje ulgę w bólu . Zaniki mięśniowe w obrębie kłębu kciuka są wskazaniem do zabiegu operacyjnego . Abstract Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a common disease in General Practice. Clinical symptoms and Nerve Conduction Evaluation are crucial for proper diagnosis. Adequate treatment leads to pain relief. Thenar dystrophy indicates surgical treatment.
