Abstract

生体膜マイクロドメイン(リピドラフト)はコレステロールとスフィンゴ糖脂質に富む膜上の微小領域で,細胞の内外をつなぐさまざまな細胞反応に関与している。我々はラクトシルセラミドの集積する細胞膜マイクロドメインに焦点を当て,好中球の機能を研究している。好中球の生体膜マイクロドメインは貪食などの機能に関与することが知られているが,その分子メカニズムはまだ十分には明らかにされていない。この総説では生体膜マイクロドメインが機能する際の分子メカニズムを明らかにするために,その構成タンパク質を網羅的に調べる戦略について概説する。
