
Summary Pre-exposure of sensitized guinea pig peritoneal exudate cells to antigen renders them incapable of migration inhibition in capillary tubes. However, pre-exposure to the same antigen did not affect migration inhibition of heterologously sensitized cells. After a population of cells sensitized to multiple antigens was pre-exposed to one of them, none of the antigens was capable of inhibiting migration in the capillary tube system.
