Efficient FPSO Redeployment

Abstract

Abstract This paper discusses the alternative FPSO redeployment approach adopted for Atlanta Field, offshore Brazil, describing its main naval and topsides modifications, which includes several initiatives to reduce carbon emissions. Atlanta field is located in Santos Basin, approximately 185km offshore from Niteroi City, Rio de Janeiro state. The field is part of BS-4 block, located in a water depth of 1,550m and its development was split into two phases: Early Production System (EPS) and Full Field Development (FFD).
