Secondary Control In Subsea Mining

Abstract

Subsea mining increasingly plays an important role in the extraction of raw materials. The decentral automation is the next generation of this technology. The conventional hydraulic drive systems were not able to fulfil the requirements of slow speed parallel drive operation of the chain drives of the vehicle with a sufficient result.
