From a bibliographic research through an enquiry to the Brazilian scientific database (Capes periodicals, Psychology’s Virtual Library and specific databases of others universities), it was possible to outline some tracks about researches that have been studying about locative medias, specifically applications (whose are for the gay public), to smartphones and tablets. Until here, due to the scarcity of research, mainly in the humans science areas – except the social communication –, we could find out that the relations established through these devices track an emergency of a new investigation field characterized by instabilities and controversies and, why not, because of the resistances. Keywords: digital media, cyberactivism, visibility regime.
