Recriação do poema O Corvo de Edgar Allan Poe para a animação de Os Simpsons

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o processo de recriação do poema ‘O Corvo’ do escritor norte-americano Edgar Allan Poe (1809-1849) para o episódio ‘No dia das Bruxas I’ (Silverman, 1990) da serie de animação ‘Os Simpsons’. Os materiais extras ou bônus oferecidos pelo DVD, como o making of, os storyboards, os comentários explicativos e as entrevistas dos diretores, o trabalho de montagem, a dublagem e o plano de exibição do referido episódio serão utilizados para a realização deste estudo. Pretende-se, também, ressaltar a importância da observação dos espaços de criação na área da animação e visualizar as implicações da criação como um processo intersemiótico. Palavras-chave: O Corvo, Os Simpsons, recriação.
