Abstract

En 2024, l’actualité du droit des biotechnologies a clairement, à nouveau, été « occupée » par les suites de l’arrêt de la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne (CJUE) du 25 juillet 2018, déjà commenté dans ces Cahiers. Pour rappel, la Cour avait été interrogée par le Conseil d’État français afin de savoir si les techniques de mutagénèse dirigée produisaient ou non des OGM entrant dans le champ d’application de la directive 2001/18 relative à la dissémination volontaire d’OGM dans l’environnement....
