Políticas de ciencia, tecnología e innovación en la Argentina de la posdictadura

Abstract

Las políticas públicas sobre ciencia, tecnología e innovación en la Argentina tienen cuatro décadas de historia ininterrumpida. Pero hasta el momento no existían trabajos sistemáticos que evaluaran íntegramente esa trayectoria.¿Cuáles fueron las políticas implementadas? ¿Qué objetivos persiguieron? ¿Quiénes y de qué manera asignaron los fondos para su fomento y desarrollo? ¿Qué impacto produjeron?Este libro aborda esos y otros interrogantes a través de un conjunto de investigaciones centradas en la interacción y negociación entre las personas e instituciones que generaron agendas y, como consecuencia, definieron el horizonte científico y tecnológico del país.En otras palabras, la publicación indaga sobre el proceso de articulación e interacción de ideologías, intereses, percepciones y estrategias sostenidas por el conjunto de actores involucrados en el sector, en el marco más amplio del contexto internacional.
