Abstract

Este artículo analiza la relación entre las carreteras y la introducción de alimentos manufacturados en la cultura wayuu a mediados del siglo XX. La problemática que se plantea es ¿en qué medida la Troncal del Caribe contribuyó a la configuración de nuevas pautas alimentarias en los Wayuu? En este análisis mostraremos algunas dimensiones que se articulan en el campo de la alimentación.
