ABSTRACT A corneal perforation developed in the right eye of a 46-year-old man after removal of a corneal foreign body. Two attempts to seal the perforation with cyanoacrylate glue failed. The patient subsequently underwent lamellar corneal autograft, which successfully closed the perforation. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of repairing a corneal perforation with lamellar corneal autograft.
