Abstract

Notre proposition envisage l’agression sexuelle sur le modele des conduites autocalmantes etudiees par M. Faim des 1971. Alors que ces conduites sont referees au cadre des maladies graves somatiques et ont une visee anti traumatique, nous proposons l’hypothese que ces processus sont a l’œuvre dans la criminalite sexuelle. L’apaisement de quantum d’excitabilite, la gestion d’angoisse de type agonique et anaclitique tendent a precipiter l’agresseur dans la spirale mortifere de la serialite. Trois echecs majeurs dans la construction identitaire du criminel le rapprochent des enjeux de la psychose : l’echec de la satisfaction hallucinatoire et de la fantasmatisation, l’homo erotisme faisant de ses recours a l’acte des « scenarii operatoires » et des impasses de transitionnalite generant des espaces agglutines et adhesifs victime/agresseur.
