Un syndicalisme « incongru » ?

Abstract

Au sein du monde associatif, les travailleur·ses jeunes, précarisé·es et isolé·es dans des structures de petite taille et entretenant des rapports particuliers avec leurs employeur·ses sont assez éloigné·es du profil classique du syndiqué. Il s’est pourtant créé en 2010 un syndicat qui regroupe les travailleur·ses d’associations. Cet article analyse la création, l’architecture, les modes de fonctionnement et les membres de ce syndicat. Il montre que la forme et les actions de ce syndicat s’inscrivent dans les transformations de ce monde du travail et de ses membres et permettent d’explorer la place donnée à l’employeur·se en son sein.
