L'irrationnel dans la formation tout au long de la vie

Abstract

L’évolution du champ de la formation des publics en reprise d’études est passée en 40 ans d’une logique de traitement de masse à une tentative de parcours individualisé dont la rationalité est contestée. L’exemple de la Validation des Acquis de l’Expérience (VAE) dont l’impact reste marginal, illustre l’écart entre une intentionnalité incantatoire de changement et une réalité qui doit conduire la multiplicité des acteurs à dépasser leur cloisonnement et faciliter l’accompagnement. L’attente de reconnaissance, centrale dans la recherche de sens en Formation Tout au Long de la Vie, doit être au cœur d’une éthique de l’accompagnement.
