Public and Private Research — Interview with Jean-Louis Beffa Jean-Louis Beffa, President-Director General of the Compagnie de Saint-Gobain recommends discarding industrial policies built on the model of the past 15-20 years and according to which the only way to promote research efficiently is through SMEs and tax credit for research.
