Cent milliards de dollars

Abstract

Le chiffre de 100 milliards de dollars représentant le montant des financements prévus par l’Accord de Copenhague pour les pays en développement à partir de 2020, n’est pas sorti du chapeau d’un diplomate, dans les dernières heures de la négociation. La crédibilité de l’Accord de Copenhague est cependant mise à l’épreuve dès aujourd’hui. Les pays développés se sont, en effet, fixé dans le cadre de l’Accord une cible de financement de l’ordre de 30 milliards de dollars pour la lutte contre le changement climatique dans les pays en développement, sur 2010-2012.
