Abstract

La négociation sur le TTIP s’attaque aux barrières non tarifaires dans les échanges entre les deux plus grandes économies de la planète. Les effets d’un éventuel accord sur la croissance, et globalement les bénéfices escomptés de part et d’autre, sont encore difficilement évaluables. Garantie de la souveraineté réglementaire des États, défense des normes européennes, et accord sur les modalités de règlement des différends entre États et investisseurs, restent des enjeux centraux de la négociation.
