Abstract

Assimiler le financement du terrorisme au blanchiment de capitaux soulève de nombreuses interrogations sur la pertinence de cette relation en raison du faible coût de préparation des attentats et de divergences profondes entre les profils des terroristes par nature reclus et des criminels financiers par essence inclus dans la société. Faut-il voir dans cette association une manipulation utilitariste visant à instaurer une démarche sécuritaire préventive ou le moyen d’annihiler tout esprit critique d’un capitalisme criminogène inducteur de fraude fiscale ?
