Abstract

Cette contribution présente le projet « Faire avec » de coconstruction ; partir du diagnostic jusqu’à la coanimation, penser une formation continue sur la participation des personnes accompagnées, pour des professionnels du travail social. Cet article en reprend toutes les étapes : le « comment faire commun », les apports des membres du duo formatif, ceux des participants. En mettant les savoirs en rapport, le pouvoir est alors partagé et celui d’agir des parties prenantes trouve un nouveau souffle.
