Abstract

Rire avec ses collegues, rire avec les "usagers" pour supporter des situations difficiles, pour dedramatiser, pour etre au plus pres de l’humain. Mais sans etre irrespectueux, blesser ; la frontiere reste tenue. Et les limites vite atteintes quand il s’agit de se moquer des aberrations administratives. Temoignage d’une « conseillere sociale » sur son quotidien dans l’insertion par le logement, ou le rire permet parfois de desamorcer les conflits, souvent de rebondir.Bien qu’il ne soit pas toujours bien percu de d’ironiser sur ces tristes realites, ces metiers du social restent-il supportables tres longtemps sans humour ?
