Abstract

L’auteure, à l’aide d’une vignette clinique, montre combien derrière une multiplicité de symptômes se cache une souffrance originelle dans le cas de patients bien spécifiques. Ils ne sont pas sensibles à leur propre souffrance et apportent celle qu’ils font subir aux autres. Le contact est profondément altéré, le contre-transfert difficile, la demande a minima. L’auteure s’appuie sur des références théoriques où se côtoient Winnicott, Roussillon, Tustin, Mac Dougall et Delisle pour éclairer le travail thérapeutique. Elle se positionne d’emblée au niveau de la souffrance : les souffrances plurielles nées de mécanismes d’adaptation sont référées à la souffrance originelle, archaïque, qui les a rendues nécessaires.
