Abstract

Résumé Le 9 décembre 2003 à Paris, le secteur Éducation-Enseignement-Pédagogie de l’ADBS proposait une journée d’étude centrée sur la nécessité pour les professionnels de l’information-documentation de « savoir communiquer ». Cette fonction trop souvent négligée suppose un savoir-faire : la maîtrise d’outils et de techniques de communication adaptés. Elle exige aussi un état d’esprit et un comportement spécifiques – un savoir-être. Elle représente enfin un enjeu stratégique pour la profession en ce qu’elle lui est un moyen de s’imposer parmi les autres acteurs de l’entreprise.
