Abstract

Cet article aborde les souffrances au travail, spécifiquement chez les professionnels dans le champ des relations d’aide, d’accompagnement ou de soin. Deux questions sous-jacentes nous servent de lignes directionnelles et précisent notre démarche : l’une autour de certaines des conséquences de cette souffrance pour ces professionnels en tant que personnes, lorsqu’elles se trouvent dans l’exercice de leur métier ; et l’autre sur les influences des modèles familiaux de ces mêmes professionnels sur le lien professionnel et aussi sur les institutions où ils travaillent. Nous essayons de relier ces aspects au contexte social dans lequel se situent ces institutions et tentons enfin de dégager quelques-uns des phénomènes qui, dans notre expérience, se retrouvent le plus fréquemment au cœur des problématiques survenant dans les équipes de professionnels.
