Abstract

L’objectif de cet article est de présenter la perspective de la psychologie sociale du travail (PST) et les rapports qu’elle établit entre recherche et intervention. La PST, de notre point de vue, est issue des réponses aux problèmes sociaux et économiques auxquels font face les travailleurs. Dans le cas du Brésil, elle se développe à partir d’une psychologie sociale critique et prend particulièrement corps dans deux domaines : la santé du travailleur et l’économie solidaire. Du fait qu’elle s’insère dans des débats publics et aborde des problèmes socialement importants, s’établit un rapport dynamique et imprévisible entre recherche et intervention, en PST, directement dans le champ où les demandes sociales surviennent.
