Abstract

Russiais simultaneously carrying out two breakthrough projects: transition to digital health and the development of the Arctic zone. An unrestricted solution to these problems is the integrated use of telemedicine system solutions, technologies, stationary and mobile equipment. The relevant decisions are adapted to the specific living conditions of diﬀerent groups of the population in the Arctic zone.
