Abstract

Arastirmacilar, cok kriterli ya da amaca dayali problemlerin cozumunde alternatif yontemlerden yararlanmislar, her problem farkli bir yontemin kullanilmasini gerektirmis ve bu dogrultuda uygulamalar gerceklestirilmistir. Bununla birlikte bazi problem turleri, cok kriterli farkli yontemlerle birlikte matematiksel programlama modellerininin bir arada kullanilmasini gerekli kilmaktadir. Ozellikle, cok kriterli karar teknikleri ile elde edilmesi mumkun olmayan sonuclara ulasilmasinda, cok kriterli karar modelleri ile matematiksel programlama yontemlerine dayali butunlesik modellerin kullanilmasi bir gereklilik olmaktadir. Iste bu makalede, yukarida bahsedilen ihtiyaclara iliskin ornekler sunulacak ve bulanik TOPSIS/Entropi/matematiksel programlama yontemlerine dayali olarak onerilen model, Turkiye’de faaliyet gosteren bir fimanin iyilestirme projeleri seciminde kullanilacaktir
