Aukštybinių pastatų apibūdinimo kriterijai

Abstract

Nors auštybinių pastatų plėtros raida, daugelio literatūros šaltinių teigimu, skaičiuoja jau antrąjį šimtmetį, kol kas nėra visuotinai priimto kriterijaus jiems apibūdinti. Remiantis kai kurių pasaulio šalių normatyvinių dokumentų nuostatų bei literatūros šaltinių analize, šiame darbe apžvelgiama esama situacija ir bandoma pasiūlyti kriterijų aukštybiniams pastatams apibrėžti. Analizuojamos aukštybinių pastatų sąvokos atsiradimo priežastys, jos santykis su aukštybinės statybos užuomazgomis, būdingomis skirtingoms kultūroms.
