
Waste is currently a critical issue for society as a whole, due to the environmental pollution it causes, the threats it poses to human health, and its impact on climate change. The amount of waste is increasing annually everywhere. Therefore, it is imperative to research and work on ways to reduce the amount of waste, while also expanding the process of recycling waste into useful materials or converting it into energy.
