La mercadotecnia social, una perspectiva desde el impulso de Marca y la entropía

Abstract

Un enunciado de la ley de inercia establece que los objetos permanecerán en su estado, mientras no actúen fuerzas externas sobre el mismo, para cambiar su reposo o movimiento. El Impulso de una fuerza es el producto de la intensidad de ésta durante su tiempo de aplicación. En los mercados observamos que, el impulso y fuerza de una marca grande o multinacional, no es lo mismo frente a unamarca pequeña o local. En este sentido; el marketing como valor agregado a la marca se ha convertido en un elemento cualitativo inseparable de los procesos productivos. Estos esfuerzos no siempre pueden ser controlados por los mercadólogos, ya que una vez que una estrategia se hizo pública, se genera una energía comunicacional concomportamientos impredecibles influenciados por las nuevas tecnologías, las redes sociales y otras formas de comunidades virtuales en los que no se pueden controlar opiniones, estados, memes y otras formas creativas de expresión sobre una marca por parte de los usuarios.
