DESMAME DO VENTILADOR: UMA ANÁLISE BIBLIOMÉTRICA

Abstract

Enquadramento: Na intervenção ao paciente crítico sob ventilação mecânica invasiva, o desmame do ventilador envolve um esforço que requer uma abordagem efetiva para promover a retirada do suporte ventilatório de forma segura e precoce. Objetivo: Analisar o perfil das publicações científicas sobre o desmame do ventilador, dissecando tendências e destacando oportunidades de pesquisa. Métodos: Análise bibliométrica. Coleta de dados da Web of Science (Clarivate AnalyticsTM) e técnicas analíticas (Análise de Performance e Mapeamento Científico) com VOSviewer® e CiteSpace® às quais se adicionam técnicas de enriquecimento analítico e análise de conteúdo dedutiva. Resultados: Obtiveram-se 683 artigos, o primeiro datado de 1972. Fronteiras de pesquisa: “Impact”, “Protocol”, “Randomized12 Controlled Trial” e “Weakness”. Conclusão: Verifica-se um crescente interesse pela temática entre os investigadores, com recente aumento da produção científica que destaca uma abordagem multidisciplinar deste domínio e a necessidade de desenvolvimento de guidelines internacionais para a uniformização do processo de desmame do ventilador.
