Rekreasyonel Motivasyon ve Tatmin

Abstract

This book addresses the topic of \"Recreational Motivation and Satisfaction\". The aim of the book is to examine the relationship between leisure motivation and satisfaction levels of Atatürk University students by comparing them with different variables. The research was conducted using stratified sampling method and a survey was administered to 462 students. According to the research findings, a significant relationship was found between students' leisure motivation and satisfaction. Additionally, a significant relationship was also identified between the sub-dimensions of leisure motivation, such as knowing and achieving, stimulus seeking and identification/internalization, and satisfaction from leisure activities. This book serves as an important resource on recreational motivation and satisfaction, providing information on how students can make use of their leisure time effectively.
