Abstract

Bu kitap, din sosyolojisi tarihi konusunu ele almaktadır. Editör olarak Prof. Dr. Emine Öztürk ve yazarlar olarak Prof. Dr. Emine Öztürk, Prof. Dr. Niyazi Akyüz, Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Nural Savcı ve Arş. Gör. Muhammet Fatih Demirdağ yer almaktadır. Kitap, din sosyolojisinin bağımsız bir bilim dalı olarak nasıl ortaya çıktığını ve geliştiğini incelerken, sosyolojide temel kavramlar, dinin sosyolojik fonksiyonları, din sosyolojisinin konusu ve amacı gibi konulara da değinmektedir. Ayrıca, din sosyolojisinin tarihçesini Kıta Avrupası ve İslam dünyası bağlamında ele alırken, önemli düşünürlerin görüşlerine de yer vermektedir. Kitap, T.C. Kültür Bakanlığı bandrolü ile satılmaktadır. This book deals with the history of sociology of religion. It is edited by Prof. Dr. Emine Öztürk and written by Prof. Dr. Emine Öztürk, Prof. Dr. Niyazi Akyüz, Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Nural Savcı, and Arş. Gör. Muhammet Fatih Demirdağ. While examining how the sociology of religion emerged and developed as an independent discipline, the book also touches upon fundamental concepts in sociology, the sociological functions of religion, and the subject and purpose of the sociology of religion. Additionally, it discusses the history of the sociology of religion in the context of Continental Europe and the Islamic world, and includes the views of important thinkers. The book is sold with the approval of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey.
