Abstract

Bu kitap, \"Dirençli Pliometrik Egzersizlerinde Fiziksel Performans ve Ağrı Parametreleri\" konusunu ele almaktadır. Yazar, Ömer Pamuk, doktora tezinden yola çıkarak bu kitabı oluşturmuştur. Kitapta, dirençli pliometrik antrenmanın sporcularda fiziksel performans ve ağrı üzerindeki etkileri incelenmektedir.Kitap, genel bilgiler bölümüyle başlamaktadır. Bu bölümde, basketbol, pliometrik antrenman, dirençli pliometrik antrenman ve ağrı konuları hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. Basketbol, pliometrik antrenman ve ağrı konuları detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmaktadır.Kitabın teşekkür bölümünde, tezin istatistiksel analizinde katkı sağlayan Doç. Dr. Serhan Akman, dikey sıçrama için gerekli ekipmanı sağlayan Prof. Dr. Fatih Kılıç, sprint koşu ve Rast test ölçümleri için gerekli ekipmanı sağlayan Doç. This book addresses the topic of \"Physical Performance and Pain Parameters in Resistant Plyometric Exercises\". The author, Ömer Pamuk, has created this book based on his doctoral thesis. The book begins with a general information section, providing information on basketball, plyometric training, resistant plyometric training, and pain.
