Abstract

Acil sağlık hizmetlerinin karmaşık organizasyonel yapısı karşısında, bu hizmetin sağlıklı bir şekilde işletilmesi amacıyla yönetimsel ilkelerin açıkça belirlenmiş ve uygulanabilir olması gerekmektedir. Acil servis liderlik ilkelerinden, hasta akış protokollerine, bilişim ve finansal sistemlerden, hukuksal sorunlar ve çözüm önerilerine kadar acil tıbbın tüm alanlarına değinen Acil Servis Yönetimi kitabı bu açıdan ülkemiz acil tıbbına referans bir belge olarak ciddi katkılar sunacaktır. Kamu Özel İşbirliği modeli, bilinenin aksine sadece sağlık yapıları inşası için değil aynı zamanda sağlık işletmeciliğinin de gerçekleştirilmesine ve geliştirilmesine katkıda bulunan bir yöntemdir. Bu referans kitabın ise sağlık tesisi yönetiminde öne çıkan en önemli alanlarından birisi olan acil hizmeti ve yönetimine muhtevası itibarı ile büyük bir katkı sağlayacağına inancımız tamdır.
