Análisis ceramológico del sitio Loma Larga (Londres, Catamarca)

Abstract

Este trabajo presenta las investigaciones realizadas en el sitio arqueológico Loma Larga (Londres, departamento de Belén, provincia de Catamarca), focalizadas en el análisis de los materiales cerámicos recuperados en las excavaciones realizadas. Loma Larga es un sitio ceremonial Aguada ubicado en la cima del cerro homónimo, por lo cual presenta características particulares en cuanto a la organización de la ritualidad en relación a otros sitios localizados en zonas de valle. La caracterización de los fragmentos cerámicos permite dar cuenta de la diversidad estilística en las manifestaciones decorativas Aguada como parte de una estrategia integral a la práctica ritual.
