Kandidemija – reta kraujo infekcija

Abstract

Kandidemija – tai auganti problema sveikatos sistemoje [5]. „Auksiniu standartu“ diagnostikoje išlieka kraujo pasėlis [10], tačiau kuriami nauji diagnostikos metodai, kurie padės pagreitinti diagnostiką [12]. Atlikus kraujo pasėlio tyrimą ir patvirtinus kandidemiją, rekomenduojama skirti empirinį priešgrybelinį gydymą [13]. Straipsnyje aprašomas 66metų paciento, kuriam diagnozuota kandidemija, ir gydyto Kauno klinikinės ligoninės Vidaus ligų diagnostikos skyriuje, atvejis.
