Lėtinio nugaros skausmo konservatyvus ir chirurginis gydymas. Naujausi metodai

Abstract

Tyrimo tikslas. Išanalizuoti lėtinio nugaros skausmo ypatumus bei naujausius konservatyvius ir chirurginius gydymo metodus. Medžiaga ir metodai. Medžiaga rinkta pagal PICO struktūrą suformuotą temos problemą, ieškant naujausios informacijos duomenų bazėse „PubMed“, „Cochrane“, „SpringerLink“. Rezultatai. Konservatyvus gydymas išlieka lėtinio nugaros skausmo gydymo standartu, o chirurginis gydymas taikomas tada, kai konservatyvūs metodai yra neveiksmingi. Dirbtinis intelektas tampa vis svarbesne gydymo sudedamąja dalimi tiek konservatyviojo, tiek chirurginio gydymo srityse. Išvados. Konservatyvus lėtinio nugaros skausmo gydymas išlieka pirmojo pasirinkimo gydymo metodu, kuris padeda veiksmingai sumažinti nugaros skausmus ir pagerinti judesių funkciją. Neurochirurginės intervencijos yra vienos perspektyviausių minimaliai invazinių gydymo metodų. Ateityje svarbu tobulinti neuromoduliacijos technologijas ir integruoti dirbtinio intelekto sistemas į lėtinio nugaros skausmo gydymo taktiką.
