Opacidad del currículo universitario en Chile

Abstract

El texto analiza las estrategias discursivas de las políticas públicas curriculares universitarias, en tres períodos socio – históricos: uno de un gobierno socialista, otro de dictadura y un período de transición democrática, que llevan a la opcacidad del curriculo en Chile, mediante una metodología cualitativa, descriptiva y crítica, alusiva al análisis crítico de discursos oficiales de cada época. Lo que permitió identificar y describir los elementos ideológicos neoliberales que cimientan la actual política educativa en Chile, pasando de la unificación de la educación estatal al crecimiento exponencial de universidades privadas y finalmente, a la consolidación de la supremacía de empresas educativas con currículos propios y representativos de ciertos grupos de poder, desarrollando una política sectorial remitida a indicadores de gestión, que ha llevado a la opacidad del currículo de la educación universitaria.
