Abstract

Este estudio tiene por objeto observar la transformación del fotoperiodismo español durante la Transición mediante un análisis comparativo entre dos periódicos de ámbito nacional: El País y ABC, y uno regional: La Voz de Galicia. Trata de contrastar hasta qué punto la tendencia que marcaba El País fue seguida por el resto de diarios. Utiliza una muestra de noticias relevantes y se complementa con una entrevista a Xosé Castro, fotoperiodista de La Voz de Galicia. Los resultados exponen que desde el inicio El País establece nuevos paradigmas en el fotoperiodismo; pero estos no son seguidos por los otros medios.
