Habilidades buscadas en los profesionales de la comunicación comercial

Abstract

En este trabajo se describen las habilidades demandadas a los profesionales de la comunicación comercial. El método utilizado fue el análisis de contenido descriptivo documental y el documento analizado trataba sobre las ofertas de empleo con contrato laboral de ESIC Business & Marketing School para el segundo semestre del 2019. En total se analizaron 438 ofertas. Se confirma la demanda de perfiles híbridos y se observa el protagonismo de lo digital, el contenido, el análisis, las redes sociales, la web, el SEM/SEO, el inglés C1, el Excel avanzado, la proactividad, la capacidad para comunicar y la orientación a resultados.
