Autoeficacia, empoderamiento, ansiedad y sentido de coherencia en profesionales de enfermería en México

Abstract

Las situaciones laborales en enfermería se han desarrollado en un ámbito de incertidumbre, incidiendo en su salud mental. Se realizó estudio descriptivo correlacional que permitió determinar asociación de autoeficacia, empoderamiento y ansiedad con sentido de coherencia en 174 enfermera/os de instituciones de salud en Sonora, México. Un 50.9 % tenía autoeficacia alta, 54.3 % empoderamiento alto, 52.6 % ansiedad baja y 50.3 % sentido de coherencia bajo. Existió asociación estadística significativa en autoeficacia, empoderamiento, ansiedad con sentido de coherencia con p = 0.01. Es indispensable establecer estrategias para conservar la salud mental en enfermera/os de las instituciones de salud.
