Abstract

El articulo presenta los retos a los que se enfrentan las MIPYMES a partir del uso de nuevos lenguajes organizacionales desde el uso de las redes colaborativa, buscando entender y analizar la interacción de las comunidades buscando por medio del pensamiento creativo la construcción de redes y el uso de las tecnologías, basado en la las teorías del cambio bajo un enfoque social, generando procesos de competitividad organizacional a partir de los cambios sociales y culturales de los clientes internos y externos. Para ello se propuso el diseño de una estrategia de comunicación organizacional dirigida a la micro, pequeña y mediana empresa.
