Diagnóstico Inteligente de Falhas em Equipamentos Dinâmicos Através da Transformada Wavelet e Dados Estatísticos

Abstract

Este artigo aborda o tema do diagnóstico de falhas em equipamentos dinâmicos aplicando técnicas de aprendizado de máquinas utilizando descritores extraídos por meio da Transformada Wavelet, e descritores estatísticos calculados no domínio do tempo. Os desempenhos dos modelos de classificação obtidos pelos algoritmos k-Nearest Neighbour, Support Vector Machine, Floresta Aleatória e Redes Neurais Artificiais Perceptron Multicamadas são comparados. Além disso, o trabalho traz uma breve abordagem sobre redução de dimensionalidade através da Análise de Componentes Principais (PCA). O conjunto de dados utilizado nos experimentos foi obtido no simulador de máquinas rotativas Mafaulda, e o melhor resultado foi alcançado com a Floresta Aleatória (98.46%), com os dados no domínio wavelet.
