Abstract

O PRONAF é um programa governamental cujo objetivo é apoiar a pequena agricultura familiar, criado a partir da participação ativa do movimento sindical rural. O objetivo desse artigo é analisar os conselhos do PRONAF, enfatizando as diferenças, em termos de participação, em relação a outros tipos de conselhos. O principal argumento explorado no artigo é que é a parceria entre o movimento sindical e o governo o elemento diferenciador da participação na experiência do PRONAF.
